Dr. Vicky J. Wilkey
Dr. Wilkey opened her small animal house call practice, 'The Visiting Vet,' in 1993. Dr. Wilkey served as the South Dakota VMA Small Animal Committee Chair for 10 years, district representative for 4 years, AVMA alternate delegate for 6 years, and is the current President-Elect. She was named 2005 Veterinarian of the Year by the SD VMA. Dr. Wilkey is also a member of the SD Board of Regents Veterinary Science Advisory Committee. She teaches dog obedience classes for Capital University, and enjoys giving presentations on veterinary medicine to school children.
